Beer Braised Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and drain the water. Wash the green and red peppers and cut into large slices.

A bottle of beer.

Bring water to a boil, pour in the ribs for a while, remove.

Heat the oil in the pot and pour the ginger slices.

Pour the ribs.

Pour in the green and red peppers, salt, soy sauce and dark soy sauce, pepper and a little sugar, stir fry for a while.

Pour in beer. The amount of beer is just below the ribs. Don't cover the pot and boil to let the alcohol evaporate and cook for a while. If you like to eat chili, you can add dried chili in this step.
8.
Put the ribs in a pressure cooker and cook.
Tips:
Any brand of beer is fine, but no fruit beer.
