Beer Duck

Boil the duck (that is, boil the duck meat in white water), add an appropriate amount of salt to the water, add two scallions and pour in cooking wine, boil it, and wash it in cold water.

Add the blended oil and various condiments to fry it until fragrant, pour in the duck meat and stir fry.

Stir-fry, pour in beer and cook.

Collect the juice over the fire.
5.
Sprinkle some green onion sprouts into the pot.
Tips:
You can add seasonings according to your own taste. If you don't like spicy food, you can leave out the chili. When you stir fry, put the duck carefully.
