Beer Duck

Cut the duck into pieces and stir-fry directly in the pot

Stir-fry until the oil comes out, add the onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and dried red pepper and saute until fragrant

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and chicken sauce and stir well

Add sliced onion and stir well

Pour in beer, turn to medium heat and simmer for half an hour, then add salt as appropriate, and collect juice on high
Tips:
Fry the oil in the duck meat and then simmer, the cooked dish will not be greasy
