Beer Grilled Herring

Prepare green onions, ginger, and garlic.

The herring is cleaned.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onions, ginger, and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Fry the fish on a low heat.

Turn it over and fry it.

Adding beer just overwhelmed the fish.

Add the very fresh soy sauce.

Add salt to a simmer over high heat.

Don't add water, just add beer and stew.
