An old pigeon, clean inside and out

Fresh Cordyceps flowers in the water for later use

Put the old pigeon into the casserole, just put two slices of ginger and add more water

Bring to a boil on medium and low heat

Skim off the foam, and slowly cook with the smallest fire. The old pigeon meat and the bones are hard. It will take several hours to cook.

Tips:
