Belly-wrapped Chicken

A local chicken.

Wash carrots and shallots.
3.
Wash the pork belly repeatedly with salt and corn flour.
4.
Stuff the chicken into the pork belly to fly water.
5.
Mash the white pepper.

After flying the water, stuff the white peppercorns and shallots into the chicken belly and put them in the pot.

Add appropriate amount of water and add carrot pieces.

After boiling for an hour, remove and cut.

Shred the belly and chop the chicken into pieces.

Put it back in the pot and cook for another hour.
