Soften the butter at room temperature and beat until fluffy.

Add sugar to the egg yolk and beat until it is thick and uniform.

Pour the viscous egg yolk into the butter ball three times.

After kneading it finely, it is divided into about 15g agent.

Brush the prepared biscuit ring with a thin layer of egg and sugar.
