Two-color Yuanzi Red Bean Soup uses sweet potatoes, good beans, and glutinous rice flour. It is a delicacy that removes dampness, detoxification, and reduces fat.

Ingredients

Bicolor Yuanzi Red Bean Soup

1. Wash the red beans and soak them in cold water (time is not unique)

2. The soaked red beans are cooked in an electric pressure cooker

3. Sweet potatoes are steamed and pressed into puree

4. Sweet potato mash with glutinous rice flour and wheat flour

5. And let it stand for a while

6. Add glutinous rice flour and wheat flour to the container

8. Take white dough of a moderate size and form small rounds, and round them up in turn

Tips:

1. The glutinous rice flour is too sticky, you can add a little wheat flour.
2. Sweet potato balls are easier to cook than white balls, so they should be cooked later.
