Big Bone Soup

Put the chopped big bone block into the pot, submerge the bone block with water and boil it, then remove it to wash the blood clot

Peel the yam, wash and cut into pieces

Sliced green onion, ginger and garlic, chili can be customized according to your own taste

Put the big bones and yam into the pot. I use a mini pot, so I can only put so much water. Sprinkle the onion, ginger, garlic and drip in a little bit of salad oil, not too much! Otherwise it will be greasy.

The soup will be cooked for 90 minutes. When it is ready to cook, add the right amount of salt and chicken essence in advance, and finally sprinkle with coriander.
