Big Bone Soup

Prepare the ingredients, wash the big bones of the pig, cut the shallots and garlic, cut the tomatoes into pieces, tear the baby cabbage into small flowers, and cut the carrots into flowers.

First put the large pork bones in a pot, pour an appropriate amount of water and boil them until there is no blood color, then remove them and wash them with cold water.

In a separate pot, pour water, add pork bones, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and star anise.

Add tomatoes and bring to a boil on high heat.

Add carrots and baby cabbage after the water is boiled, and simmer for 40 minutes after the water is boiled.

Tips:
1. The amount of salt is added according to your own taste.
