Big Bone Soup Hot Pot

Chop the big bones with bubbles and wash away the blood.

Prepare the stew seasoning.
3.
Bone cold water into the pot.

After cooking until the foam rises, remove the foam.

Add the stew seasoning: red dates, black dates, codonopsis, and astragalus. General medicinal soups do not use ginger and onion. Stew on high heat for five minutes, then turn to medium and low heat and simmer for about 2 hours.

Prepare hot pot dipping sauce, this one is up to personal preference.

Cut the lotus root slices and soak in water.

Prepare cabbage, spinach vegetables, and oyster mushrooms.

Tofu fruit and hot pot meatballs.

The black fungus is soaked and washed, and the horseshoe is peeled.

Prepare bean sprouts and purple cabbage.

After the big bone soup is simmered, you can shabu the hot pot.
Tips:
1. Hot pot seasoning, generally sweet sauce, tomato sauce, fermented bean curd, chili sauce, match according to personal preference.
2. Tonic in winter is also exquisite, such as cold or acute illness, you should respect your doctor's advice.
3. For hot pot dipping, I used seafood sauce, fermented bean curd, and tomato sauce.
