Big Bones Stewed Potatoes

Soak the big bones in cold water for about 1 hour, soak them in bleeding water, and then wash them in cold water and blanch them in a pot.

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into pieces with a hob.

Tips:
1. It's best to stew big bones or spare ribs in an iron pan for an hour or two, then it will be delicious, soft and fragrant, especially delicious. Staying here temporarily, the pots and utensils are not handy, so I have to use a pressure cooker to cook, the taste is not as good as the iron pot, but the speed is fast.
2. Add seasonings as you like. You can add more water when cooking ribs. The soup is especially delicious when used for stew.
