Big Bowl of Cauliflower

Break the cauliflower into even small flowers and soak it in salt water for a while (if the cauliflower has bugs that are soaked in salt water, the bugs will run out of the flower.)

Beat garlic, cut small peppers into cubes diagonally, and cut chives into inch sections.

The washed cauliflower is scalded in boiling water to remove and drain the water.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in a pot to heat up the garlic and chili.

Add cauliflower and stir fry evenly.
