Big Chili Noodles

Prepare the required materials.

Pork slices.
3.
Dice large peppers.
4.
Mince scallions and ginger, and shred carrots.
5.
After the oil is hot, add the meat slices and fry until white.

Add the chopped green onion, ginger and carrots and continue to stir fry.
7.
Add large diced chili and stir fry evenly.
8.
Add soy sauce and salt.
9.
Add water to a simmer for a while, and thicken the water starch out of the pot.
10.
Cook the noodles in a separate pot, remove them from the water, and drizzle them with big chili sauce.
Tips:
It tastes good when mixed with spicy oil and aged vinegar! !
