Hot Pot Spicy Tofu

1. Prepare the right amount of ingredients according to the number of people, and cut the tofu into strips.

2. Use deep-fried tofu, deep-fry until golden brown and pick up for use.

3. Cut all the ingredients into strips.

4. Add a little oil to the right amount of water, hot sauce (salty and spicy, no garlic), sugar in the pot and stir well. Add the tofu to collect the juice. When the juice is half-collected, scoop up the soup and tofu for later use.

5. Stir all the cut vegetables with 1 tablespoon of oil, stir-fry until half cooked, and set aside.

6. Stir-fry the dried chili and Chinese pepper with a little oil.

7. Put all the ingredients in the pot and stir fry.

8. Add half a teaspoon of fennel powder, half a teaspoon of ground pepper, half a teaspoon of cumin powder, half a teaspoon of Amomum powder and half a teaspoon.

9. Add soy sauce and mix well to start the pan. (If you have a small alcohol stove, you can ignite it directly and serve it slowly. If not, just fry the vegetables in a pot, mix the condiments and serve them on a plate~)
