Big Fish Head Stewed Tofu

1. Remove fish scales and fish gills and control the moisture.

2. Split the fish head in half

3. The accessories are ready for use.

4. Put oil in the pan and fry the fish head yellow on both sides.

5. Add boiling water, surpass the fish head, and stew a white soup.

6. Put all the ingredients except coriander and chopped green onion into the pot, add tofu and simmer over medium heat. After boiling, change to low heat and continue to simmer.
