White fungus and black fungus are soaked for half an hour and then washed, and then picked into small flowers for later use.

Soak the washed black and white fungus into boiling water and blanch for about 1 minute.

Put ginger, minced garlic, shredded red pepper, shredded lemon, and coriander leaves into a bowl, pour the mint and lemon juice on the black and white fungus, then pour the sauce and mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. After the white fungus is smoked with sulfur, the color becomes white. When buying white fungus, it is better to choose a yellowish one. It is natural color and has not been smoked by sulfur.
2. After the fungus is soaked, it should be cleaned to remove the roots of the ears to prevent sandy soil.
3. The fungus blanching time should not be too long, so as not to lose the crispy taste, immediately after blanching, it will be cold and the taste will be better
4. The taste of the sauce can be freely adjusted according to personal preference
5. It can be mixed in advance if appropriate, and it will taste better if it is kept in the refrigerator for a while
