Insist on stewing bird's nest every other day

Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar

1. Soak in about 3 to 5 hours

2. Use a colander twice to remove the little fluff

3. Add water about 1cm higher than bird’s nest, purified water

Tips:

It takes patience, it feels like putting too much black wolfberry. You can soak the bird's nest for a week at a time, put it in the refrigerator in a fresh-keeping box, and stew it every other day, which is much more convenient and easier to stick.
