Birthday Cake Debut-for My Son's 5th Birthday
1.
Bake a 7-inch chiffon cake in advance. (This picture is borrowed from the 8-inch I made, and the 7-inch was not shot at the time, and it won’t be restored after the film is opened, haha). Whip the whipped cream with sugar and set aside, chop the chocolate.
2.
Cut the cake into 3 even slices last time. You can take multiple toothpicks and fix them in place and then slice them. Take a slice of whipped cream and spread it with diced yellow peaches.
3.
Then put on the whipped cream.
4.
Cover the second slice of cake.
5.
Continue to wipe the face with light cream. (Excuse me for not having a decorating table and spatula when I just started, just turn over the baking tray and put the cake, bread knife is also handy).
6.
Spread another layer of yellow peaches.
7.
Apply another layer of whipped cream.
8.
Place the third piece of cake and smooth the top surface and the surroundings with the cream.
9.
Spread the chocolate chips as evenly as possible on the top and sides of the cake.
10.
Cut the strawberries in half, and cut the yellow peaches a little longer, and spread them on the cake surface in any way you want. Unexpectedly, I formed the yellow peach into a sun shape, ha ha.
11.
The final birthday cake-debut.
