Biscuit Bread

Mix all the ingredients except the butter (boiled egg yolks are sieved into powder) and put them in the bucket of the bread machine, and kneading for 20 minutes.

Add butter and continue mixing for 10 minutes.

Divide into 8 pieces of about 65 grams of dough, knead and relax for 15 minutes.
