Biscuits

Low-gluten flour|185g, chicken fat 95g (butter or salad oil can be used), 7Og powdered sugar, 2Og milk powder, 1 whole egg, 1g baking powder.

Sift the powdered sugar into the chicken fat and mix well.

Add sifted flour, milk powder, baking powder and stir evenly until there is no dry powder (do not over-mix)

Finally, gently knead the dough with your hands, cover it and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Take out a piece of dough (cover the other pieces when not in use), and gently roll it out 3-4 mm thick (according to personal needs) with a mold to buckle out the biscuit pattern.
