Bitter Bamboo Shoots and Pork Soup

Prepare the ingredients.

Bitter bamboo shoots sliced.

Chop the ginger, slice the pork, and use a small amount of cornstarch to smooth the meat.

Pour oil (the usual amount of cooking) in the pan and heat it up. Add ginger, sauerkraut and stir fry.
