Bitter Bamboo Shoots with Pork Belly and Sauerkraut

Bitter bamboo shoots.

Cut into pieces.

Sliced pork belly.

Peel garlic into grains and dry chili.

Chopped sauerkraut.

Bitter bamboo shoots are blanched first, then picked up for later use.

Stir fragrant pork belly.
