Braised Pork with Bitter Bamboo Shoots

Garlic, green and red pepper, cut well and set aside

Bitter bamboo shoots boil water for later use

Wash the pork belly, cut into thin slices, and fry the oil in a pan. Add soy sauce to add some color

Stir-fry pork belly, add garlic, green and red pepper, bitter bamboo shoots, add a little bit of seasoning and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Tips:
If fresh bitter bamboo shoots are bought, they should be blanched in advance and then soaked overnight, so that they will not be very bitter. If they are blanched in the market, just buy them and rinse them with water, and they will not be bitter.
