Stir-fried Beef with Bitter Bamboo Shoots

Peel the bitter bamboo shoots.

Cut the bitter bamboo shoots for later use.

Mix the beef with salt and peanut oil for half an hour.
4.
Start the frying pan, saute the ginger shreds, and stir-fry the bitter bamboo shoots.
5.
Add some water and simmer well.
6.
Fry the beef until it changes color.
7.
Just add oyster sauce to taste.
