Bitter Chrysanthemum Preserved Egg
1.
2.
After washing the bitter chrysanthemum, use a knife to cut into small sections.
3.
Add the prepared preserved egg diced.
4.
Add the right amount of salad juice.
5.
Add some sugar and vinegar. You don't need to add this. I'm not used to bitterness, so add some sugar and vinegar to cover up the bitterness.
6.
Stir well and put it on a plate.
Tips:
1. It is best to steam the preserved eggs you bought, the egg yolks will be firmer, and the vegetables will be more regular
2. Don't eat the freshly mixed cold dishes right away, it is best to taste them later for better taste.
