Bitter Gourd

Wash the bitter gourd, remove the two pedicles, cut apart longitudinally, and dig out the flesh and seeds with a small spoon.

Take half a bitter gourd, slice it diagonally, and put it in hot water to remove the bitter taste.

Beat the raw eggs into even egg liquid, and sprinkle a small amount of salt.

Put the drained bitter gourd into the heated oil pan and stir fry.

After the bitter gourd changes color, add salt and stir-fry well, then pour in the egg mixture and fry until cooked.
