Bitter Gourd and Hawthorn Cake

Prepare bitter gourd, hawthorn cake, and honey.

Wash the bitter gourd, cut into sections, and remove the flesh and seeds with a spoon handle.

Bring water to a boil, add salt and some oil, add bitter gourd and blanch it. The blanched bitter gourd is directly drowned in cold water to be too cold.

Fill the hawthorn cake into the bitter gourd core.

Cut into slices with a knife and place them on the tray.

Just drizzle with honey.

Keep it in the refrigerator for a while, the taste will be better.
Tips:
◎Put the blanched bitter gourd into cold water to cool it down, and the taste will be crisper.
◎Honey can also be replaced with lemon juice or sugar water.
