Bitter Gourd Cabbage

Chop the purple cabbage into fine pieces.

Add sugar, white vinegar and salt and stir well.
3.
Cut the bitter gourd into slices and dig out the flesh.
4.
Boil in boiling water.
5.
Pickle it with salt a little and place it on a plate.
