Bitter Gourd Custard

Wash the bitter gourd to remove the flesh, cut into small dices, add a little water to the egg to disperse, and turn the sweet potato powder into water starch for later use.

Add a little bit of salt to the diced bitter gourd and mix gently

Put a little cooking oil in the pot and heat it to 5-6 into heat. Put the diced bitter gourd and stir fry for about 2 minutes

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over medium heat

Then pour the egg liquid into the soup. Wait until it is blanched and then boil, add appropriate amount of salt and water starch and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
1. Add a little bit of salt to the diced bitter gourd to make the bitter gourd not yellow after being cooked;
2. Add a little water to the egg and then break it up to make the egg tenderer;
3. After the egg has been beaten into the soup, boil it slightly.
