Bitter Gourd Egg Cake

Wash the bitter gourd, remove the seeds and slice it for later use

Mix the egg liquid, mixed powder, bitter gourd, and salt evenly

Add oil to the pan, heat the oil and pour into the mixed batter. Shake the pan on low heat and fry slowly. When the pan is fried, turn it over gently. Fry until golden on both sides to serve
Tips:
1. Be sure to fry slowly over medium and low heat, otherwise it will be easy to batter
2. If you think the mixed paste is too thin, you can add a small amount of flour, or add a small amount of water if it is too dry
3. A little more oil will make it more fragrant, but not too much
