1/2 Bitter Gourd
4 Egg
One
Some Salt
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1/2 a spoon Sugar
1/2 a tree Green Onions

Bitter Gourd Egg Cake

1. Shred bitter claws and chop green onions.

2. Bitter melon blanched water

3. Too cold water

4. Chopped bitter gourd

5. Put bitter gourd and green onion in a pot

6. Beat in 4 eggs

7. Add oyster sauce, salt and sugar.

8. Stir well
