Bitter Gourd Egg Pancake

Ingredients: bitter gourd, dumpling powder, egg

Cut the bitter gourd in the middle, remove the flesh (use half)

Rub the bitter gourd into silk and pickle it with some salt

Wash the pickled bitter gourd with cold water, remove it and put it in a bowl

Then add dumpling powder, eggs, salt, MSG, chopped green onions

Tips:
Pickle the bitter gourd with salt and wash it with water, the bitter gourd will not be so bitter.
