Bitter Gourd Fish Head Soup

1. Wash bitter gourd and fish heads.

2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger slices, add fish head and fry until half cooked.

3. Pre-boiled pork bone soup.

4. Pour the pork bone soup into the wok and bring to a boil.

5. Pour the fish head and soup in the wok into the casserole and bring to a boil.

6. While cooking the soup, cut the bitter gourd into pieces and remove the garlic.

7. Put the bitter gourd and garlic into the boiling fish head soup and bring to a boil.

8. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes, add appropriate amount of chicken powder and salt to taste, turn off the heat, and enjoy.
