Bitter Gourd Omelette

I forgot to shoot in the previous step. First, cut the bitter gourd into small pieces, salt and marinate for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold boiled water, then add the beaten egg mixture, and stir together.

Put a little more oil, it won’t stick to the pan, pour the egg mixture, fry on low heat, move the frying pan from time to time to make sure it doesn’t stick to the bottom, it’s almost done, just turn it over and fry again

Fry on both sides until golden brown. If you turn it over well, it will only be one piece. Mine will make 4 pieces, but the taste is not wrong.
