Bitter Gourd Omelette

Add bitter gourd according to your preference.

Cut the bitter gourd in the middle to remove the seeds inside.

Mince bitter gourd, blanch it under boiling water for 1-2 minutes, and soak in cold water.

Soak in cold water.
