Bitter Gourd Quiche

1. Main and auxiliary materials: bitter gourd, eggs

2. Wash the bitter gourd, remove the flesh, and cut into pieces

3. Salt the eggs and beat them into egg liquid

4. Add bitter gourd diced and egg liquid with salt and mix well

5. Put an appropriate amount of oil on the baking tray and heat it up

6. Pour the bitter gourd egg

7. Flatten it

8. After baking until the bottom is set, sprinkle a layer of chopped green onion on top

9. Continue to bake until the whole is solidified and formed. After turning it upside down, turn it over and bake it again

10. Roast it thoroughly and buckle it on a cutting board that is cut and eaten.

11. Change the knife to cut

12. Serve on a plate, ready to serve

Tips:

1. I use a gas stove. In order to protect the bakeware, I put a thin iron plate on the gas stove.
2. It should be possible to use a non-stick pan, but the shape is different.
