Bitter Gourd Stuffed Meat

Seasonings such as bitter gourd, pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, and sea rice are set aside.

Chop pork belly into puree, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, minced shiitake mushrooms, minced shrimp, five-spice powder, ginger powder, starch, appropriate amount of water, eggs, and salt.

Cut the bitter gourd into sections to remove the flesh.

Stuff the meat into the bitter gourd and steam it for about ten minutes.

Pour the raw juice of steamed bitter gourd into an oil pan, add light soy sauce and water starch to thicken it, and pour it on the bitter gourd.
