Bitter Gourd Tomato Pork Rib Soup

Pork ribs in cold water and boil on high heat to remove blood from the ribs. Take it out for use.

Slice bitter gourd, cut tomatoes into cubes, and slice ginger for later use.

A pot of ginger and a clove of garlic under cold water.

Pour the tomatoes.

After the water boils, pour in the blanched ribs and add some salt. Cover the pressure cooker and press for 23 minutes.

After opening the lid, add bitter gourd and add pepper to taste.

Tips:
1. If you are not used to the bitter taste of bitter gourd, you can rinse the bitter gourd with cold water twice to reduce the bitter taste.
2. Don't put too much garlic, it will affect the taste of the soup.
