Bitter Gourd with Tempeh
1.
Prepare the ingredients bitter gourd and yangli tempeh, 1 bitter gourd, wash and set aside.
2.
Cut the bitter gourd into thin slices, as shown in the picture
3.
Remove the seeds from the bitter gourd, boil the water, pour it down and cook, add some salt and peanut oil, cook for about 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and then take it for later use.
4.
While cooking, prepare the ingredients first when you have time. The garlic, green and red peppers, and tempeh are slightly chopped for later use.
5.
Drain the bitter gourd in the hot water, as shown in the picture.
6.
Arrange the plates one by one in an orderly manner, starting with the big circle on the outside and then on the inside, as shown in the figure.
7.
The simple renderings came out.
8.
Next, heat the pan with peanut oil, pour the garlic, and sauté the tempeh on high heat.
9.
Add the green and red peppers and stir fry for about 1 minute. Then add soy sauce, sugar, and chicken essence. The sauce is over high and you're done. (The tempeh itself is a bit salty, so there is no need to add salt)
10.
Pour over the prepared seasoning and you're done! It tastes very delicious.
