Bitter Melon Braised Pork Ribs

Ingredients (chopped ribs, sliced ginger)

Fried pork ribs.

Cut the bitter gourd in half and dig out the seeds inside.

Cut half bitter gourd into 4 strips, then cut into thick slices.

Put an appropriate amount of salt in the bitter gourd and marinate for a while.

Heat a pot with a little oil, pour in the ribs and ginger, stir fry until fragrant.

Then pour in the right amount of cooking wine (fragrance) and Zhu Hou sauce and stir fry evenly.

Then add an appropriate amount of water and a small amount of salt (the water covers the ribs), cover the lid and simmer on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

When the braised ribs are free, rinse the salted bitter gourd with water.

Squeeze the water dry by hand and set aside.

Chop the garlic and tempeh, and cut the onion into sections for later use.

After 20 minutes of simmering, spare ribs are served.

After the pot is heated, pour it into the oil, and sauté the garlic and bean paste until fragrant.

Pour the bitter gourd and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water after sautéing.

Then add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the braised ribs and cook until cooked and juiced.
18.
Add scallions, (can be omitted) and serve.
