Bitter Melon Fungus Mixed with Kidney Beans
1.
Tear the fungus into small stalks, cut the shallots into pieces, and cut the garlic into cubes.
2.
Brush the bitter gourd, remove the flesh and cut into strips. Kidney beans are cooked in advance.
3.
Boil the water and blanch the vegetables. First, fry the shallots and place them in a strainer with splashing water. You can also eat raw food that is not blanched.
4.
Then blanch the fungus.
5.
Finally, blanch the bitter gourd. After blanching the bitter gourd, rinse it with cold water to make the bitter gourd more crisp.
6.
Put the blanched vegetables in a pot, add salt and chicken essence, mix well, and add garlic.
7.
Heat a wok, add oil, pepper and chili and stir fry until fragrant.
8.
Remove the pepper and chili, pour the oil on the garlic, and mix well.
9.
The mixed dishes are served on the plate.
Tips:
I love to eat mixed vegetables every day, so I do it every day, as long as the matching is reasonable. You can make more kidney beans at a time, and keep the rest in a soft freezer, otherwise it will take time to make a little each time.
