Bitter Melon Fungus Stewed Lean Meat Soup

Soak the fungus in advance, cut off the roots, wash them, and remove the head and tail of bitter gourd.

Tips:
The stewed bitter gourd can be eaten directly or dipped in sauce. The ham itself has a salty taste. After the soup is stewed, try the taste and then add salt. You don't need to put ham, you can add auxiliary materials according to your preference.
