Bitter Melon Mixed with Red Pepper

Cut the bitter gourd into sections and hollow out the flesh inside.

Cut into small pieces.

Shred the red pepper.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, and cook bitter gourd and red pepper for one minute.

Take it out and place it in ice water for more than half an hour.

Control the ice water, pour in a little salt, appropriate amount of sugar and white vinegar, stir well and marinate for half an hour.
