Bitter Sesame Cake

Mix flour with water to form a smooth and soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it soak for 1 hour.

Wash the bitter hemp cabbage and blanch it in cold water and squeeze it dry.

Chop the bitter hemp cabbage, and wash the dried shrimp skin with water.

Chop the sandwich meat finely.

Bitter hemp, minced meat, dried shrimps, salt, sugar, and garlic, mix well and divide into three parts.

Divide the dough into three parts, roll out into thin dough pieces thick in the middle and thin around the edges, put the bitter and hemp meat filling, and close it down.
