Steamed Dumplings with Pork Celery and Carrots

The green cabbage leaves are beaten into juice in the food processor

Mix the vegetable juice and flour into a slightly soft dough, let it dry for 1 hour

Chop pork into minced pieces, finely chop celery, carrots, eryngii mushrooms, and green onions, put them together, add salt, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and oil to mix well

The green dough is divided into small doses, rolled into dumpling skins, and the dumplings are made (there are no pictures in these steps, you can imagine by yourself)

Put the finished dumplings in a steamer with a cloth, boil the water and steam for about 7 minutes
