Bitter Vegetables

Pick the bitter vegetables, remove the roots, wash, drain the water and set aside

Mash six cloves of garlic, add two tablespoons (approximately 20 grams) of extremely fresh, one tablespoon of sesame oil (approximately 10 grams), and two tablespoons of vinegar (approximately 20 grams) and mix well
3.
Pour the prepared garlic juice into the bitter vegetable container, stir evenly, then serve on a plate
