Stir-fried Bitter Vegetables with Dried Peppers

Wash bitter vegetables

Cut the bitter vegetable into sections (cut the bitter vegetable leaves into large pieces and the stem into small pieces)

Put oil in the pot, add dried chilies, and heat on low heat
4.
Add bitter vegetables after the oil is hot, stir fry over high heat
5.
Stir-fry until the bitter vegetable stems become soft, add salt and stir-fry evenly
