Mashed Potatoes and Bitter Vegetables

Wash the bitter vegetables. Cook it with water.
2.
Cut potatoes into strips. Steamed in the basket.
3.
Mash it with a rolling pin. Add garlic, salt and monosodium glutamate to bitter vegetables. Sesame oil, mix well.
Tips:
Potatoes must be steamed thoroughly, preferably with local sesame oil.
