Bitter Vegetable Omelet

Pick and wash the bitter vegetables, cut off the roots

Cut the bitter chrysanthemum into small pieces
3.
Pour oil in the pan, pour 2 beaten eggs and spread flat
4.
Spread the bitter chrysanthemum evenly on the eggs
5.
Pour a beaten egg on top, sprinkle with salt and five spice powder
6.
After turning it over, continue to fry for another 2 minutes.
Tips:
Use low heat all the way, and be careful when turning it over.
